The above link will take club secretaries to the Lions International Membership page where you can enter and file on-line your club Monthly Membership Report (MMR), annual PU-101 Club's Officer report, and the Annual Activities report which are due to International and copies to 5M-9.  If you have not used this service before, you will need to get your club number and password in order to access the club account. This information was sent to the club treasurer.  Follow the directions on the page.  Click on the instructions button and receive a printout on how to use the forms.
