Tips for submitting Monthly 5M-9 Club Activities Reports.

As District Governors Contest Chairman, it is a pleasure to receive reports from each club listing their activities. Some of the reports are very hard to decipher. Following are instructions for filling out a couple of the trouble areas of the reports. If you have any questions about the reports, please contact me, the question and answer will be listed to help all.

Programs- Speakers at a Lions Meeting. Examples include- Leader Dog, Youth Exchange, Diabetes, LEHP, Historical Society etc

It is important that you list when you have new member Orientation.
